The Managing Director, Nokia Nigeria, Christopher Brown has maintained that all Nokia products imported into Nigeria were manufactured in one and the same Nokia factory, hence are not inferior to the ones in Europe and America. Mr Brown stated this while answering questions from newsmen in a ceremony to unveil Nokia Asha 501 and 210 ranges that it introduced with Airtel in Lagos.
He said:
“All the Nokia phones used around the world come from the same factory... I can assure you that it is the same quality of Nokia products that people use here in Nigeria that you can find in Europe and America…”
